We ship all orders from Miami, Florida within 1 to 2 business days by UPS.

Standard Shipping:

Continental US orders: We offer free UPS Ground shipping for all orders over $250 (and a flat rate $10 shipping charge for all orders under $250) - shipping time varies from 1 to 6 business days.

Other International Orders: $20 shipping charge for all orders shipped by UPS International Expedited - shipping time varies from 1-1/2 to 2 weeks (and may be longer due to delays in customs clearance).

Express Shipping:

Express shipping options are available and the cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination and shipping service selected.

Returns:

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date in which you received the merchandise, given the following conditions:

§ You must obtain an authorization number. To have an authorized return please contact Klub Nico by telephone at 831.724.3100 or e-mail at sales@klubnico.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

§ All returned merchandise must be in the original box, unworn and in the same condition you received it in.

§ Klub Nico is not responsible for any shipping charges on returns.

§ If the product is returned after 15 days, or it is not in the original packaging, Klub Nico will issue store credit to be used within one year.

§ No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered on worn products.

§ All sales are final on discounted items.

§ If you use a promotion / voucher code on a purchase, and are unsatisfied with the merchandise, you may exchange for another item on www. KlubNico.com or you return the merchandise to obtain store credit good for one year.
